If you have any concerns that you want us to address with the Commissioner. please send them to waverlyplacehoa6@gmail or call me or any Board member by March 6. Thank you all for being vigilant and working together as a community on all concerns regarding Waverly Place. I would also like to thank all the homeowners for taking the time to make improvements around their property in
accordance with Henry Code Enforcement guidelines.
Graduations are quickly approaching, and we want to be able to acknowledge in a timely manner all our graduates, regardless of age and their major accomplishments during the school year. Please forward your information to our Waverly Place email: waverlyplacehoa6@gmail.com.

Window frames serve two primary purposes - they hold the window glass in place and help to insulate your home. Normally, window frames last for years or even longer. However, they can sometimes deteriorate due to lack of care or exposure to severe weather conditions. To keep your window frames in good shape and extend their useful life, it's important to inspect them periodically and fix any problems as soon as they arise. Problems with your window frames can increase your utility bills and decrease your home's value. Wooden frames, in particular, require regular maintenance. Fortunately, several companies offer free quotes for repairing window frames.
